For this commercial project, our client required a fully self-supporting structural window system that could span the entire height and width of the building’s exterior — a bold design vision that demanded both engineering precision and architectural elegance.
To achieve this, Vivid Windows and Doors selected the Alspec Eco Wall Framing System, purpose-built for large-scale structural glazing applications. This high-performance system provided the necessary strength, flexibility, and modern visual appeal required for the project.

All units were manufactured locally at our Mildura facility, with each frame tailored to the client’s exact opening dimensions. This precision ensured a seamless fit on site, eliminating tolerance issues and streamlining installation.
The system was specified and installed in accordance with AS 1288 (glass selection and installation) and AS/NZS 1170 (structural design actions). Thermal performance and structural calculations were rigorously applied to meet safety, efficiency, and compliance standards.
